Payne County Counseling Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization certified by the State of Oklahoma. PCCS is governed by a Board of Trustees from the community. We are certified by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as an Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment Program. PCCS has professional licensed and certified staff to meet your needs because we are concerned with preventing and/or reducing the substance abuse problem in our community. PCCS services are available to all and our fees for clients are on a sliding fee basis.

- Alcohol/Drug Evaluation Assessments
- Substance Abuse Outpatient Counseling
- Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment
- DUI (ADSAC) School: Level 1 (10 hours) & Level 2 (24 hours)
- Life Skills Training Classes
- Case Management Services
- Alcohol/Drug Education Classes
- Anger Resolution Classes
- Referral Services for Alcohol/Drug Issue
- 2 Counselors trained in Problem Gambling
We also:
- Provide speakers for Church, civic, educational and other groups
- Provide resource materials for students educators and other interested persons
Payne County Counseling Services has a dedicated and professional staff who is highly trained to assist each client. Our staff includes individuals with many years of experience in counseling and the behavioral health field. The staff is ready to help each client to realize their full potential in life.
Payne County Counseling Services is Certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OKDMHSAS) and Internationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation by CARF means this organization has met internationally recognized standards of quality in the provision of outcomes-driven programs and services to enhance the life of the person served.

PHILOSOPHY
Substance dependency is a primary, progressive, chronic and fatal disease with identifiable symptoms. It cannot be cured, but it can be arrested. It is a disease which affects all aspects of an individual's life: physical, social, psychological and spiritual. Treatment is best when all significant others are included in the intervention process.

All persons seeking substance abuse treatment have the right to access services regardless of their race/color, sex, national origin, age, religion, disability or their inability to pay for those services.
