LIFE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM
Payne County Counseling Services, Inc. provides training that supports life! The Life Skills Training Program is an educational and development program provided for the instruction in the basic principles of the conduct of life. These principles include:

- Moral Choices
- Goal Setting
The Life Skills Training is an alternative educational program for the family and community.
The primary goal of Life Skills Training is to increase the ability of the individual to implement these basic principles into their life. This training specifically helps:

- develop cooperation
- increase self-control
- reduce family tension
- restore fractured relationships
- establish living harmony
- improve self-awareness
- decrease stress and worry
- attain inner peace
- accomplish life's purpose
